Ministry LEADERSHIP

Pastor Robby began serving alongside Trinity Baptist Church in 2022.  His ministry experience began at the age of fourteen after being tapped to lead his church's youth ministry during a time of transition. While at Stephen F. Austin State University, Robby met his wife, Sarah. Together, they have two children, a seventh grader and a freshman in college. 

Robby is an avid outdoorsman, competitive golfer, youth sports coach, carpenter, and Texas-style pit-master. Robby holds six accredited degrees, four of which are graduate/post-graduate degrees in theological fields. He is currently completing a second doctoral program, finalizing a PhD dissertation focusing on organizational leadership and the phenomenon of burnout.
